Physical Fitness experts suggest a minimum of 60 minutes of daily moderate intensity activity to reduce the sedentary lifestyle that many young people experience.  We strive to provide students a minimum of thirty minutes of activity through a variety of activities that may be helpful to reduce the sedentary lifestyle and improve the Physical Fitness components of our students.
