Bethel and Penn-Bernville Elementary Counseling Department

  • Welcome Back Tulpy Families!
A new school year is about to begin and we can't wait to work with your students.
The counselors are looking forward to getting to know or catching up with the Tulpehocken Elementary Students.  We will begin the year with some Rachel's Challenge lessons on Kindness, and Red Ribbon lessons at the end of October on ways to make Healthy Choices.
Mrs. Seidel is continuing as the Elementary School Counselor at Bethel Elementary, but there will be a new face at Penn-Bernville.  Molly Jones will be working with the students of Penn-Berville Elementary. Ms. Jones is originally from the Lehigh Valley, and this will be her 6th year in a school counseling role. She is very excited about meeting all of the new families, students, and community members in the TASD.
Looking forward to the new year,
    Mrs. Seidel and Ms. Jones

  • The mission statement of Tulpehocken Area School District states that when we expect the most of ourselves and our community-and we believe in the inborn ability of all children to attain the knowledge and skills necessary to realize their full potential in life-we will achieve great things. The counseling program contributes to the implementation of this mission by addressing the academic, social/emotional, and career development of each student through a comprehensive and developmental program of services.
