What is Title I?
Title I is a federally funded program designed to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach proficiency on state academic standards.
As a Schoolwide Title I School, Bethel Elementary School uses Title I funds to support all students by strengthening our overall educational program.

📬 Parents’ Right to Know
As a parent of a child at a Title I school, you have the right to request information about the qualifications of your child’s teachers and paraprofessionals.
You may also request information regarding:
Whether your child’s teacher meets state certification requirements
Whether your child is provided services by paraprofessionals
To request this information, please contact the school office.
📈 Assessment & Academic Information
We use a variety of assessments to monitor student progress, including:
State assessments (PSSA)
Benchmark and classroom assessments
Families will receive regular updates on their child’s progress and can contact teachers at any time with questions.
🧑🏫 Staff Qualifications
All teachers and paraprofessionals at Bethel Elementary School meet state certification and qualification requirements.
