The goal of the THS physical education program is to encourage students to engage in physical activities that support achievement of personal fitness and activity goals and promote life-long participation. We feel that being physically active is a key component of a healthy life. We hope to expose the students to a variety of activities and sports so they can find an enjoyable way to maintain their life-long physical fitness.
