Welcome to Fourth Grade

I’d like to welcome you and your child to our fourth grade family for this year’s school term. I begin this school term with anticipation and enthusiasm to provide your child with a fun, meaningful, and rewarding school experience. If you ever have any questions concerning your child or his/her progress, feel free to contact me at the Penn-Bernville building. For your convenience, please email me at bluckenbill@tulpehocken.org with any questions or concerns throughout the school year.

Reading is the key to all other skills taught in school and should be practiced at home as well as in school. Students will have required out-of-school reading. More information will be forthcoming on this assignment.

Your child will be having various homework assignments each week. Please see that he/she completes the work and returns it the following day. 

We would appreciate your contribution of one or two boxes of tissues for our classroom. You may send it along with your child at your convenience.

Birthday treats are always welcome on or near your child’s birthday. Please see that items are individually wrapped or cut into pieces, ready to distribute (and please include napkins).
