Tulpehocken Area School District strives to provide curriculum aligned with rigorous standards, differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students, and quality assessments that will prepare students for graduation and post-secondary college and career opportunities.
CURRICULUM
Curriculum at Tulpehocken is constantly undergoing review, improvement, alignment, and revision. Alignment to PA Core and Academic Standards is a priority in addition to providing a well-rounded education for all students.
Parents/Guardians have the right to review instructional materials and have access to information about the curriculum, including academic standards to be achieved, instructional materials and assessment techniques according to Policy 105.1.

ASSESSMENT
Assessment in the Tulpehocken Area School District takes on many forms. The District uses a combination of formative, summative, benchmark, and diagnostic assessments to make decisions regarding student achievement, progress, and mastery.
