Mrs. Kimberly Umphrey joined the Tulpehocken Area School District in 2026. Prior to her appointment as the Chief Financial Officer at Tulpehocken, Mrs. Umphrey served as Business Manager at Schuylkill Haven Area School District for 18 years. Prior to that she served as a staff accountant for Blue Mountain School District and Jones & Company, P.C.
Mrs. Umphrey has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Management from Lebanon Valley College and a master's degree in School Business Leadership from Wilkes University . Mrs. Umphrey brings a wealth of knowledge in public auditing and school business services.
